Central Avenue between Sweetwater and Bonita roads, flooding;<br \/>\n&#8212; Interstate 5 HOV lanes;<br \/>\n&#8212; Northbound Twin Oaks Valley at Solar Lane, roadway flooding;<br \/>\n&#8212; Wildcat Canyon Road at Willow and San Vicente, due to flooding;<br \/>\n&#8212; North River Road, just west of state Route 76, flooding;<br \/>\n&#8212; Eastbound state Route 78 at El Camino Real, more flooding.<br \/>\n&#8212; Westbound state Route 76 at Interstate 15, flooding;<br \/>\n&#8212;
